1. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE

1.1 Mrs Bear’s Swap Shops, herein referred to as “The Company”, reserves the right to add to, alter, amend or withdraw at any time without notice any of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Any item received and graded by Mrs Bear’s Swap Shop becomes and remains the sole property of The Company and forms part of the overall Swapping ’stock’ which will remain available for swapping at Mrs Bear’s Swap Shop events.

1.3 Mrs Bear’s Swap Shop reserves the right to cancel, amend, postpone or withdraw any and all events or venues without notice.

1.4 The Company and the event/venue organiser reserves the right to refuse any person entry into a Mrs Bear’s Swap Shop event.

1.5 All items received must be graded by the event organiser or authorised party. The decision made by the Mrs Bear’s Swap Shop grader is final and cannot be changed.

1.6 The Company reserves the right to refuse any item at any time at any event based on the “GARMENT RULES” in section 2 below.

1.7 The coupon stamp and coupon book have NIL monetary value and cannot only be exchanged for items in the stock.

2. GARMENT RULES

What we DO NOT accept at Swap Shop;

• – Plain jersey vests and t-shirts
• – Stained/moth-holed garments
• – Well-worn heels on shoes and boots
• – Fraying/marked hems on trousers/jeans
• – Bobbling knitwear and t-shirts
• – Garments that have shrunk in the wash
• – Lingerie/swimwear
• – Garments with broken zips

 

3. GENERAL

3.1 The contract shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction for the English courts in relation to any dispute hereunder.
